This unused Paraguay stamp is labeled Tiziano (Titian), it is clearly the Sleeping Venus by Giorgione This painting was unfinished at the time of Giorgione's death at age 32 and was completed by Titian. Titian then "stole" the reclining figure for his own Venus of Urbino, adding to possible confusion. A cancelled stamp is shown but not included to better display the entire image.
